Rental / Vacation Property Loan
Use equity beyond your primary residence.
If you own an eligible rental or vacation property, CUOne may be able to help you borrow against the equity you have built.

Understanding Home Loans
A Few Things to Know Before You Apply
What is home equity?
Home equity generally represents the difference between the value of your home and the amounts you still owe on loans secured by that property. The amount available for borrowing also depends on CUOne's loan-to-value limits and underwriting requirements.
What does loan-to-value mean?
Loan-to-value, or LTV, compares the amount of debt secured by a property with the property's eligible value. LTV is one of the factors used to determine how much may be available to borrow.
Home Equity or Home Improvement Loan?
A Home Equity Loan uses your property as collateral and may be used for a variety of purposes. A Home Improvement Loan is designed specifically for qualifying projects and does not use the same Home Equity structure.
What does a fixed rate mean?
A fixed-rate loan keeps the interest rate assigned at origination for the life of the loan. It does not mean every borrower receives the same rate. Your approved rate may vary based on creditworthiness, loan terms, and other applicable underwriting criteria.
Looking to purchase a home instead?
These products are designed primarily for property you already own. If you are purchasing a home, visit CUOne's 1st Mortgage page to learn about mortgage financing available through our mortgage partner.
