About the Scholarship
The Tom J. Case Memorial Scholarship was established to honor the legacy of longtime Credit Union One Board Member Tom J Case, whose commitment to community, education, and opportunity continues to inspire. This annual scholarship supports future leaders who embody Tom’s legacy of leadership, integrity, and commitment to making a difference in their communities and beyond.
The TJC Scholarship provides $1,500 in financial support to two students each year who demonstrate purpose, passion, and a desire to make a positive impact.
How to Apply
The Scholarship Application and all supporting documents are available for download below. Once you have completed all requirements, submit your scholarship packet using one of the methods below.
Required Materials:
- Completed Application Form
- Typed Essay (500–1,000 words, double spaced, 12 point font)
- Letter of Acceptance or Proof of Enrollment
- Signed Publicity Release Form

Disbursement
Scholarship funds will be disbursed directly to the recipient’s educational institution upon receipt of the completed Scholarship Disbursement Request (SDR) Form, which will be provided to the recipients upon selection.
Disqualification Notice
Applicants may be disqualified if they fail to meet eligibility requirements, submit false, plagiarised, or incomplete information, or for any other reasons as decided by the TJC Scholarship Committee. The Committee is not required to notify disqualified candidates of its decision.
Credit Union One of Oklahoma reserves the right to verify all eligibility criteria.
