CUOne Checking Account Survey Drawing
NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, TRANSACTION, DEPOSIT, ACCOUNT OPENING, ACCOUNT UPGRADE, OR OTHER FINANCIAL ACTIVITY IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
A purchase or use of any Credit Union One of Oklahoma product or service will not increase the odds of winning.
1. Sponsor
The CUOne Checking Account Survey Drawing is sponsored by Credit Union One of Oklahoma, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
2. Promotion Period
The drawing begins on September 14, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on September 30, 2026. Entries received after the promotion period will not be eligible.
3. Eligibility
The drawing is open to legal residents of Oklahoma who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officials, and immediate family members of Credit Union One of Oklahoma are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
Eligible individuals may enter by completing the online drawing entry form during the promotion period.
Completion of the Credit Union One Checking Account Survey is encouraged but is not required to enter the drawing.
Limit one entry per person.
No purchase, payment, transaction, deposit, account opening, account upgrade, or other financial activity is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or use of any Credit Union One product or service will not increase the odds of winning.
5. Prize
One winner will receive one $100 Amazon gift card. The approximate retail value of the prize is $100.
The prize is nontransferable and may not be substituted or exchanged except at the discretion of Credit Union One of Oklahoma.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the promotion period.
The winner will be contacted using the phone number or email address provided on the drawing entry form. If the selected winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within five business days, Credit Union One of Oklahoma may select an alternate winner at random.
7. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
8. Privacy
Information submitted through the drawing entry form will be used to administer the drawing and contact the winner.
Drawing entry information is collected separately from anonymous Checking Account Survey responses and will not be used to identify an individual's survey responses.
9. General Conditions
Credit Union One of Oklahoma reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, duplicated, submitted through improper means, or otherwise fail to comply with these Official Rules.
Credit Union One of Oklahoma reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the drawing if circumstances beyond its reasonable control prevent the drawing from being conducted as intended.
By entering, participants agree to comply with these Official Rules and acknowledge that the decisions of Credit Union One of Oklahoma regarding the administration of the drawing are final.
