We have updated the method in which you pay your loan online. To pay online, you will need access to online banking. If you do not currently have a login, you can register for access by clicking Login on our homepage, then clicking Enroll. If you need assistance, please contact us at 405-557-0167.  Once you are able to access online banking, follow the steps below to set up an external account to make your loan payments.

From a desktop:

1. After logging in, select transfer from the menu on the left side of the screen.

2. On the transfers screen, select the red text that reads " + external account "

3. Confirm your online banking password

4. Enter the required information which includes account name, routing number, account number, and account type, then click Submit

5. Once the micro transactions appear on your account at the other institution, confirm those amounts within online banking.

6. Once confirmed, your external account is successfully set up and you can initiate payments to your loan with Credit Union One.

 

From the mobile app:

1. After logging in, select the hamburger (three horizontal lines) in the upper left-hand corner, then select transfers.

2. On the transfers screen, select the gray box that reads "transfer to other institutions by adding an external transfer account"

3. Next, select the red text that reads " + add external account "

3. Confirm your online banking password

4. Enter the required information which includes account name, routing number, account number, and account type, then click Submit

5. Once the micro transactions appear on your account at the other institution, confirm those amounts within online banking.

6. Once confirmed, your external account is successfully set up and you can initiate payments to your loan with Credit Union One.
